About this policy
This policy explains how Bench32 handles personal information provided through our website and case submission service. Contact hello@bench32.com with any privacy questions.
Information we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, lab name and email address. We also receive information you include when contacting us. Case submissions may contain patient references, prescription details, scans, photographs and other attachments. Use sample information when exploring a demo.
How we use information
We use signup and contact information to respond to you and send updates about Bench32. Case information is used to organise submissions and show the receiving lab the details and files it needs. Only include information needed for the case and that you are authorised to share.
Service providers and analytics
Our signup form uses FormSubmit to deliver your details to our email inbox. We use Umami Cloud for website analytics and load fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy policies.
File retention
Our case-file retention policy is 30 days from upload. When case uploads are available, uploaded files will be kept for only 30 days, then deleted. Keep your own copies of scans, photographs and other attachments before that period ends. This period applies to uploaded files, not signup emails or other case records. We retain signup and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide requested updates, unless you ask us to delete it or retention is required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
Email hello@bench32.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, stop receiving updates, or raise a privacy complaint. Include enough information for us to identify your request. We will respond and work with you to address your concern. If it remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Bench32 develops. The updated version and date will appear on this page.
